Every day a TV news journalist goes to work, the margin of error for getting fired is incredibly small, from the chance of a flubbed word, to a mischaracterization of a story subject. Working over two decades in the public eye, I was tasked with responsibly handling the reputations of NFL football coaches, U.S. Senators and average citizens, while keeping a clean reputation myself in my public and personal life. From this experience I provide guidance to clients on how to be an impactful leader while keeping a clean reputation. Being an inspiring leader starts with identifying your core values and overcoming limiting beliefs. Through focused conversation and experiential learning exercises, I help clients channel their feelings into words and phrases, find inner strength, and develop action plans for realizing their potential. I can help you in the following areas:
- Finding your ethos
- Identifying your passions and life purpose
- Setting goals and creating action plans
- Overcoming limiting beliefs
- Reframing past disappointments and using it to your advantage
- Assessment of your strengths, talents and areas for development
- Developing leadership presence: enhancing professional image and personal branding
- Leading meetings, attentive listening and respectful questioning
- How to keep a clean reputation and how to avoid “getting canceled” in your career (including social media inquiries)
